WE DESPERATLY NEED A MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY – CAN YOU HELP?

The membership list is already on an Excel spread sheet and job involves adding and removing new and old members, and then at end of two year membership (by e-mail) sending out renewal reminders, receiving cash and passing to Treasurer.

My guess is that it is about 30” work a month plus renewals each year. Without this being up to date we cannot really operate in sending News and Views to members and being able to check status etc.   Could you help?  Please let Peter Crozier or me know if you can help.    Brian
